Worked on the development of multiple product lines, ranging from haircare, bath and body, skincare, and more, which have outlasted legacy collections. Products have reached nationwide success at 29,000+ mass retail doors, including Target, Walgreens, CVS, Ulta, JCPenney, Sally Beauty, and more.

 

Effective Packaging Upgrades

Updated products to be more eye-catching to consumers, cohesive across the brand, and to better accommodate mass retail shelves. The transition played a key part in making the business more profitable, with more attractive packaging on smaller vessels to bolster more frequent and repeat purchases.

Business Model Transition

Created key presentation decks and marketing materials to pitch business and products to mass retail buyers. Professional and effective materials helped win bids and were able to help transition from discount retail customers supporting the majority of business to big-box
and mass retail partners.

 

Elevated Brand Identity

Established uniform brand standards to accurately represent the company and its values to both direct and business consumers. Reflected the brand look and feel across print and digital media, as well as in physical retail and pop-up stores and a range of event spaces nationwide to encourage recall from customers.

Publicity Committee

Initiated a new committee to streamline all visual promotional efforts in a one of the largest business organizations at the University of Texas at Austin. Creation of the committee allowed for more focused and effective event planning from directors of the organization. Built an environment encouraging learning and development that lasted even after passing on committee head position.

LAUNCH Project Manager

Led committee to coordinate and implement publicity strategy for annual leadership conference hosted by the organization, successfully promoting the event and obtaining half of the attendees within two weeks of opening registration. Promotional video created for the event also established a standard and led other event in the organization to have similar advertising efforts.

Branding Legacy

Designed promotional materials that allowed for a new organization to present itself in an established manner despite its lack of experience and history. Developed new logos for the agency and umbrella groups under it, accurately reflected the brand image they wanted to portray that are still being used to this day.

Provided guidance for team to propose plan reducing inefficiencies in medical landscape through technology, also contributing via research and creation of mobile application mock-ups for our proposed solution. Successfully led a team completely new to case competitions to finals and win the overall competition.
